I joined the Stay In-Home Mortgage team after retiring
with over 27 years in leadership positions with Qwest Communications International.
I had a wonderful and rewarding career. One of the things that I enjoyed the most
about my time with Qwest was meeting and working with my customers to solve issues
that were challenging them. This problem-solving, working hand in hand with my customers,
often resulted in a unique situation for me. Many of my customers became, and to
this day remain, close friends of mine. In fact, my Qwest customer friends taught
my son and I how to fly fish. I have run in marathons with customers. My wife and
I have traveled through Europe with them. My family has skied with many of my clients.
This list could go on, but as you can see, the connection with my “customers” goes
above and beyond the usual business relationship.
I am working today primarily because I want to work. My wife and I made the decision
that if I returned to the work force, it would have to be for a very special company
doing something that was rewarding to me and those I serve. The great news is that
Stay In-Home Mortgage is a special company with a unique spirit and culture for
helping people. This is a company that I feel honored to be a part of. The “icing
on the cake” is that I have the great fortune to be able to work with and assist
you —— our American seniors. What could be better than that!
As your Reverse Mortgage Professional, I am dedicated to listening to your needs,
answering all of your questions, developing the best options for you, and assisting
you in your decision in any way possible. Throughout the Reverse Mortgage process,
my focus will be on assisting you with every step and keeping it simple and “painless”
as possible.
Personal: Life is a wonderful adventure to me. I seldom do the
same thing more than once. To me, life is so short and there is so much to do and
see. I strive to have new experiences. I think that I would best be described as
an outdoorsy, nature-loving person. I love to snow and water ski, backpack with
my son in our nations’ wilderness areas and horse back ride the mountains of Montana.
Fly fishing and photography are my real passions along with travelling across our
country and around the world. I have often heard from others that I am the busiest,
life-loving person that they have ever met. Thank goodness that I learned that from
my dad.
