My job, as a Senior Home Advisor, is to provide informative
and sage advice to our
valued customers by listening to their concerns and understanding
their needs.
Empowering seniors through education enables them to make informed
decisions
about their financial future. The Reverse Mortgage program provides seniors
with
the tool to achieve security and peace of mind in their retirement years. My
reward
is being part of a program I truly believe is helping thousands of our valued
citizens.

strict code of professional responsibility to include ethical, honest and principled
business practices.
In the many conversations I have had with seniors over the years, identifying their
top concerns falls into these main categories: Outliving Assets, Maintaining Independence,
and Health & Safety. The Reverse Mortgage Program can provide the financial
tool to address these concerns and provide peace of mind in their retirement years.
As a Senior Home Advisor, I specialize in the Reverse Mortgage Program. I thoroughly
explain the program and explore all available options to match a client’s needs
and preferences. Information packets containing detailed Reverse Mortgage Plans
and schedules are sent to clients with a recommendation to review with family, friends,
financial or estate planners, lawyers, or any other trusted advisor. I assist seniors
with the entire loan process, and will always be in contact in the years that follow.
Realizing that I can only offer advice in my own profession, and knowing that seniors
have many retirement concerns, as a Certified Senior Advisor™ I am happy to provide
information directing seniors to resources that can answer their questions or provide
trusted professional services outside of my expertise.
