Background:I was born and raised in Boise, Idaho, where I loved
riding horses and eating raw potatoes straight from the ground. I ate other things
too--but let’s not get into that. I graduated from Walla Walla College with a B.S.
degree in Psychology. Shortly thereafter, I married my childhood classmate, Alan.
We have one spunky daughter, Erin, who turned 21 this year. Alan and I recently
celebrated our 25-year anniversary in Hawaii.
I came to Stay In-Home Mortgage after a hectic, fast-paced 23-year stint in the
construction industry. I had the privilege of managing a superb team of sales people.
We were a service-oriented company that enjoyed a solid reputation in our industry.
I never bought into the “tummy punching,” high pressure sales approach. The relaxed,
non-threatening (yet efficient) style has served me well. I love working with people
and helping them solve problems. I also enjoy building lasting relationships.
Stay In-Home Mortgage: Stay In-Home Mortgage is a haven of delight, a rarity these
days, for a workplace. Here I have found that honesty, integrity and ethical practices
are alive and well. I rub shoulders with some of the brightest and most professional
people in the industry. We are on top of current events, trends, and programs –
all designed to better serve our borrowers. It’s all about making a difference in
people’s lives. That’s what we’re all about.
Personal: I love animals —— from dogs, cats and horses to dolphins, big kitties
and bears. Music is something I enjoy, and I pretend to play violin, piano and guitar.
I’m also a Volunteer Sponsor at the Washington State Reformatory. My secret love
is dark chocolate.
