A quick message from me to you.
As your Reverse Mortgage professional I’m dedicated to doing exactly what is necessary to become your senior home advisor and help you make these decisions. This is a vital part of my mission to promote and educate seniors on the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage, most commonly known as the Reverse Mortgage.
There is a message to be shared today and my efforts are focused solely upon this task. Simply put I have found that this one tool, the Reverse Mortgage can provide the most immediate and profound effect on the quality of life for a portion of our society that is being severely challenged by the rapidly changing world we find ourselves in. My mission is one dedicated to service. Service to that group of people for which the rest of us have everything to be thankful for!
Stay In Home Mortgage and myself are the captain of a rising tide of providers in the exploding market of Reverse Mortgages. With so many new companies jumping into this emerging market, it strengthens my belief that my role is first and foremost that of an educator making sure that you and those around you fully understand the benefits of these types of programs. Wouldn’t you like the piece of mind in knowing that you are dealing with a specialist and a company who has guided literally thousands of seniors just like you to happiness through this program? I will use my background in finance and vast experience in this industry to help you sort through the benefits as well as the costs involved so you can determine if this is a viable option for you and your loved ones. One important fact that I will keep in mind and I hope you do as well, is that this is most likely one of the largest and farthest reaching financial decisions you will ever make in your life. With that in mind I can pledge to you that I will be there to help guide you through this process and make it as easy as possible.
Not all seniors who qualify for a Reverse Mortgage with Stay In Home Mortgage get one. As an ethical loan originator it is my duty and firm belief that just because someone can do a particular loan, it doesn’t mean that they should. I will take the time to listen to your questions, your thoughts, and any concerns you may have. Only after that can a discussion and decision be made on whether this product is right for you and your plans for the future.
Please go into this process with an open mind. This program works in reverse of what you have learned throughout your life. You are no longer paying a mortgage on your home your home is now paying you. It can be difficult to imagine adding debt back into your home, but think of this program like a tax free savings or 401K account where you have put money in over the years. You are now at a point in your life where this money may be better utilized by pulling it out rather than sitting in your house. Keep in mind, you can’t take your equity with you when you pass away. We never know what life holds for us in the future and yes, we all will pass away at some point.
